The Associate Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life (FLS) and Programming is responsible for leadership development, organizational management, and general administration for the Fraternity and Sorority Life organizations and key student engagement programs within the Center of Student Engagement Leadership and Orientation. This position will create intentional programs, and provide assessment metrics to increase the guidance, development, and support for all the FSL organizations and programming. This role will also work collaboratively with the rest of the CSELO team and campus partners to improve processes and encourage growth within the undergraduate FSL organizations.
