Enrollment Student Services Coordinator

NHU-Riyadh is being established to deliver academically rigorous, industry-aligned education that supports Saudi Arabia’s evolving workforce needs.

The Enrollment Student Services Coordinator is responsible for the collaborative international enrollment team. As a frontline student service facing team member, the coordinator will be responsible for supporting students with tuition billing, tuition payments, and course registration assistance. The coordinator will partner with administrators, faculty, staff, and students to identify and leverage opportunities to engage prospective students within the Kingdom. The coordinator will also manage student status matters related to acceptance into and enrollment at the NHU- Riyadh. Role is responsible for staying informed about academic programs and initiatives to promote the NHU- Riyadh.

You will:

Registrar Duties:

  • Manage student inquiries related to course registration and support students throughout the registration and add/drop academic periods
  • Liese with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs and Enrollment at the West Haven Campus
  • Build and maintain the campus academic calendar, including term dates, assessment periods, grade submission deadlines, and key regulatory dates for MOE and NCAA.
  • Coordinate faculty timetabling and room allocation each semester, working with the Campus Student Services Coordinator on room bookings and the Head of Administration and Student Services on any space or resource constraints.
  • Manage changes to timetables during semester and communicate them promptly to affected students and faculty.
  • Coordinate the academic calendar and schedule each semester, ensuring all examination and submission dates are published, rooms are booked, and invigilators are arranged.
  • Manage the grade submission process: issuing deadlines to faculty, chasing outstanding submissions, and supporting the Student Administration and Admissions Coordinator on grade entry.
  • Maintain records of academic decisions, grade changes, and mitigating circumstances of approvals.

Financial Aid Duties:

  • Coordinate student loan processing and disbursements with The Social Development Bank; advise students of this loan option and collaborate with the bank as needed.
  • Counsels current and prospective students regarding aid process

Bursar Duties:

  • Support students by providing effective and efficient service regarding tuition billing and tuition payment processing and inquiries
  • Collaborate with Finance Office regarding payments and accounts receivable

You need:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Solid commitment to enhancing the student experience required through strong customer service and customer support skills; minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both Arabic and English
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule based on departmental needs.
  • Understanding of technology and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to assess complex situations and develop solutions
  • Clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation, which includes salary and any potential allowances, will be established in accordance with Saudi Arabian compensation framework in conjunction with the successful candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and position.

Any successful candidate for these roles will be processed, onboarded, and deployed to Riyadh through an outsourcing human resources company contracted by the University of New Haven specifically for this process. All duties will be supervised by New Haven University's administrative staff. Successful candidates will be required to obtain, and appropriately maintain, a Saudi Arabia Visa and related Work Authorizations through the contracted human resources outsourcing company.
