Who we are:

NHU-Riyadh is the Saudi branch campus of the University of New Haven, a private, nonprofit university founded in 1920 in Connecticut, USA. Launching in Fall 2026, NHU-Riyadh will bring an American university experience to Riyadh through the same accreditation, faculty standards, and career-focused educational approach that define the University of New Haven. The University’s academic programs are grounded in a long-standing commitment to collaborative, interdisciplinary, and project-based learning.

The College of Business and Digital Innovation at NHU-Riyadh invites applications for Adjunct Faculty in Management for the Fall 2026 term. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and growing department, delivering a quality foundation of accounting competencies for majors in Riyadh. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to teaching excellence, and a student-centered approach.

Adjunct instructors are hired locally or regionally to teach specific courses in which they have particular expertise. They normally teach no more than half of the full-time load. Adjunct instructors receive a letter of appointment for each semester in which they teach; they are paid on a per-course basis. No expectation of continuing employment is implied.

• Courses are primarily offered on-ground
• Eligible candidates will be asked to present a teaching demonstration (via Zoom)

You will:

• Teach one or more introductory undergraduate Business Management courses such as Principles of Management and Organizational Behavior, Intro to Business and Entrepreneurship
• Teach one or more introductory graduate level Business Management courses such as Leadership and Team Building, Organizational Effectiveness, and Leading Organizational Strategy and Change, for the MBA program

You need:

1. A Masters/MBA or Ph.D. in Management or a related field
2. Preferably prior teaching experience teaching college-level students
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Ability to prepare courses with best pedagogical practice in mind
5. Experience with instructional technology
6. Experience with previous online/remote or hybrid teaching, using web based instructional software, or other learning management systems
7. Familiarity with, or the ability to quickly adopt the Canvas LMS.
