Assistant Professor - Counselor Education and Supervision (On-site, Tenure Track)

The Department of Psychology is one of the largest at the University, with a large and diverse faculty and student body. Currently, there are approximately 450 undergraduate majors and 200 master's students. The psychology major consists of concentrations in forensic, clinical, general, and community and society. The graduate programs include community psychology, industrial and organizational psychology, and clinical mental health counseling (CMHC). Both our on-ground and online CMHC programs are fully accredited by CACREP. The department also houses the sociology program, which has one of the largest minors at the University.

Preferred Qualifications:
Special consideration will be given to candidates with expertise in rehabilitation counseling and/or clinical experience working with forensic populations or counseling children.
Other responsibilities include participation in faculty-mentored research, program development, student evaluation, and accreditation activities.
